The Service Response Analyst is a key member of the Global Service Desk and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Oracle’s employees globally via telephone, chat support and Oracle’s incident reporting application.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Service Response Analyst is a key member of the Global Service Desk and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Oracle’s employees globally via telephone, chat support and Oracle’s incident reporting application.
- Follows standard practices and procedures to identify potential system issues and escalate them to the Service Response Support Team.
- Follow established procedures to action tickets in a queue.
- Assist with general inquiries.
- Maintain high volume performance while adhering to published polices.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on most work during training.
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarian, Korean, Japanese is essential (both written & spoken)
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Ability to do shift and weekend work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarian, Korean, Japanese is essential (both written & spoken)
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Ability to do shift and weekend work
