| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The Oracle Partner Network (OPN) is a program that delivers benefits to over 19,000 Oracle Partners worldwide. The goal of the program is to enable partners to develop, sell and influence the sales of Oracle Software. One set of those benefits is Education: online product, sales and implementation training, access to in class training, local events, and special partner training offerings.
The OPN Competency Center Enablement Team is responsible for maintaining and delivering the education content to the partners via the OPN Portal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify of key training resources that need to be developed and solicit appropriate content providers to build new content
- Coordinate, schedule, validate and publish new content with appropriate owners
- Develop and publish schedules for current and planned event listings with Country managers and Worldwide Initiative owners
- Enter and publish all online content into OPN Portal
- Assist content providers with text translation scheduling and publishing
- Update and publish Initiative web site pages on the Oracle PartnerNetwork
- Collect and input Partner training events from regional teams for the worldwide partner training event calendar
- Manage one or several web pages by collecting and publishing new fresh enablement content from various contributions
- Brief internal teams on new content availability, via newsletter contributions and some web conferences
- Create and dispatch the OPN partner training newsletter for external audience
- Link with marketing teams to create demand generation for partner training
- Participate in conference calls with Worldwide and regional content managers and developers
- Monitor traffic/usage, promote ideas to improve site performance and customer satisfaction
- Report on education statistics on periodic basis
- Create and manage specific procedures designed to restrict content delivery to a specific partner type
- Check and test web links to identify and repair old and outdated links
- Create and improve on reporting tools
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree (education, communications, marketing, business)
- 3+ years experience in a customer service related job role
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Project Management training or knowledge
- Understanding of HTML and general Web publishing
- Above average interpersonal skills, with international diplomacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines with all levels of the organization
- Strong communication and validation abilities
- Excellent language skills: Fluent English, other languages a plus
- Self confident, self-starter – example: able to set up and drive own meetings.
- Must be able to multi-task, share job responsibilities with other team members.
- Computer software knowledge a plus
