| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc or BA and total 5+ years of business experience, at least 3 years of experience in the deployment, support or operation of large enterprise business applications.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrable history of positive customer relationships
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM applications required (Siebel, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Siebel 7 or later certification preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English required; fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is a plus
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Consultant is responsible for successfully deploying customers onto Siebel’s hosted CRM application, CRM OnDemand. Candidates for this position must show a strong mix of experience in account management, business analysis and enterprise software technology deployment into complex organizations. Taking advantage of OnDemand's hosted functionality, this position will be based in our Bucharest office with the majority of the work being undertaken using internet remote technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the CRM OnDemand implementation project.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects to completion
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the customer project and management teams
- Lead the requirements gathering, business process review, and configuration design activities
- Manage and/or perform hands-on configuration of the OnDemand system
- Identify follow-on sales opportunities in accounts and engage sales team and support sales calls
- Manage all activities / projects with minimal oversight
