CONTRACTS DATA ANALYST FOR ORACLE\'S LICENSE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Oracle's License Management Services and Partner Review Services are chartered to perform objective software license reviews of our customers and partners to ensure contractual compliance while providing value-added services to enhance satisfaction. Non-compliance situations may possibly raise additional revenue for Oracle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following list outlines the task and responsibilities of the Contract Data Analyst role within Oracle’s License Management Services:
-Be part of the Compliance Validation team of Oracle’s License Management Services
-Run contract validation functions such as :
-PeopleSoft Expansion Contracts
-Campus Licenses
-End of Term Licenses
-Enterprise License Agreements / Unlimited License Agreements
-Employee Based eBusiness Suite Licenses
-Work with global LMS team members on various involvement functions.
-Work with RSC technical team for defining technical requirements in order to automate the current activities.
-Be knowledgeable with Oracle’s business practices and the current licensing metrics
-Develop comprehensive & accurate research of Customer contracts, Installed Base, and OKS (Reports & Original Paperwork).
-Acts as an analytical expert
-Provides front line support to the Global LMS team members
-Reports to the LMS Compliance Validation team Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong documentation & communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and in team environment
- Excellent research and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid analytical and decision making skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with e-mail, computers, Word, Excel and Internet
- Knowledge of Oracle applications is a plus
- A degree in economical field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in dealing with customer contracts.
