CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Oracle's License Management Services and Partner Review Services are chartered to perform objective software license reviews of our customers and partners to ensure contractual compliance while providing value-added services to enhance satisfaction. Non-compliance situations may possibly raise additional revenue for Oracle.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Global LMS team
- Has Contracts Data Analysts as direct reports
- Ownership of objectives of Compliance Validation team agreed with LMS Service Center Manager and in conjunction with the LMS Management Team
- Works with LMS Management and LMS Process Owners to build the team and improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals.
- Provides regular performance metrics to senior management
- Acting as an expert in Oracle License management technical tools
- Taking ownership of often complex issues and driving to resolution
- Developing a team approach within the LMS group
- To demonstrate passion for Oracle technology and user manageability of Oracle software
- Interviews and makes hiring decisions for qualified candidates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in economical field.
- General/conceptual understanding of Operating Systems, hardware environments, software, networking, Oracle products and how they work in a customer environment
- Project management skills with experience of working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in dealing with customer contracts
- Experience in people/line management essential.
- Advanced written and oral communication.
- Familiarity with Oracle products and/or services gained from an Oracle environment or professional experience in customer service field.
