Job Description & Responsibilities:


The ITALY Channel Sales Support & Operations team ensures end to end execution of cross-Business Unit processes to enable the distribution channel business for Italian Channel Partners for Distributors, Resellers and Retailers. This includes managing partner contracts and on boarding, operating partner compensation and MDF, operating order management, financial claims, physical claims, and ensuring compliance to Italian legal requirements and HP policies across all partner transactions.

The Operations Supervisor works in a pan- European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. He/she manages a team of Operations Specialists responsible for the daily operational support to the entire set of Channel Partners: Distributors, Retailers and Resellers.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for delivering operational excellence according to defined service levels for all Business Units.
He/she must establish strong links and represent CSSO within the Channel Sales organization, the country BUs and other linked country organizations such as Logistics and Credit and Collection.

• Managing the operational activities required to ensure service levels are delivered to our Channel Partners and stakeholders.
• Ensuring business control metrics - BFT's and score-cards are within pre-defined goals.
• Managing all aspects of Order Management, Financial Claims, Physical Claims and Post Sales services serving our Channel Partners.
• Resolving partner/BU Escalations.
• Coordinating Revenue optimization, with a special focus on quarter and fiscal year end
• Managing and controlling department budgets.
• Resolving escalations for structural operational issues
• Demonstrating passion for our customers.
• Resolving high level partner escalations.
• Working with Country CSSO Manager to assist partner satisfaction.
• Fostering strong and close interaction with country CSSO teams and functions.
• Nurturing strong channel partner engagement and participating in partner quarterly operational reviews.
• Attracting, retaining and developing a talented workforce.
• Defining clear goals and objectives for each employee.
• Coaching team to set the right priorities.
• Promoting individual and team autonomy.
• Motivating team through peak volume/stressful periods.
• Identifying and utilizing team & individual strengths.

Job Education & Experience:

• Economy/business science university degree or comparable
• 5+ years of successful experience in Operations or comparable functions
• 2+ years of people management experience
