| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Desirable to have 4+ yrs of experience in team handling for projects in BPO/Call Center/Shared Services industry or similar domain industry.
People Management Coaching and Mentoring skills; proven experience in leading teams of or above 10 people.
Project Management skills with skills on time and budget control,
Communication and presentation skills,
Change Management skills,
Analytical skills with attention to details
Excellent PC skills (MS Products specifically)
Relevant industry experience for the position applied: F&A | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Review and document process and information flows and controls in their "as is" state with a development & implementation plan for transformation
- Identify areas of opportunities for process & procedures flow improvements, including areas where harmonize and standardization of processes is possible
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert across the RTR function
- Lead Global projects, building consensus and ensuring both compliance with core processes and stakeholder satisfaction
- Work closely with system owners and IT teams to ensure alignment across the fuctions for RTR proces & systems
- Support countries in the implementation of the standard RTP process - Create standard process training material and execute training with process experts in the countries
- Based on the analysis of audit reports, monitor timely completion of action plans and provide support during the implementation phase, for relevant processes
- Establish and implement processes to set up an adequate risk and control architecture within the organization, ensuring adequate process and procedure are in compliance with NFCM and if relevant SOX 404 requirements
- Actively contribute to an effective sharing of knowledge and of best practices within the account
- Support teams in transitions, and scope extensions to deliver process standardarization and efficiency
- Define and track end to end process KPI's and service measurements, support targets setting for operations and delivery
- Implement improvement plans for areas with KPIs below expected levels
- Raise awareness of key risks and risk response in the organization. Coordinate risk assessments initiatives
