Operations Management Desk Analyst

Required:

BA Degree;
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing;
Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports;
Knowledge of reporting methodology, principles and procedures;
Skills in the use of computer and related software, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications;
Proven ability to prepare and present reports accurately within set deadlines;
Strong planning, time management and organizational skills;
Fluency in English.

For one of our clients, one of the world's leaders in the outsourcing industry we are looking for an Operations Management Desk Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Collecting, reading, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data in preparation & generation of statistical and analytical reports;
Acting decisively to solve account specific/individual issues related to data generation/analysis/interpretation;
Maintaining collection and tracking of relevant data;
Compiling data and analyzing past and current trends;
Providing a variety of reports to Operations, Administration, and HR department;
Defining and managing achievement of client performance objectives;
Creating and maintaining agent level schedules and attendance reporting.
