Operation Manager

- fluency in German ( written, spoken) !!!!

- at least 3 years experience in Translating Management.
- excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook and Trados SDL.
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
An operations manager runs the day-to-day operations of an organization or business. Her/ His purpose is to find ways to make the company more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations.
A person interested in operations management needs to have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently. In addition he/she must have great communication skills.

Being an operations manager is all about serving customers.

Operation manager has to :

• provide a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees;

• try to reach compromises with employees by conducting meetings, listening to each department's issues and concerns, and setting a professional example by showing leadership qualities;

• supervise and evaluate employees and their job performance

• give directions to employees on certain job tasks

• resolve problems concerning employees work performance, establish rules and procedures and create work schedules.


In order for a department to run smoothly, an operations manager has to set rules and procedures for employees to follow. This includes setting policies in the workplace to ensure effective implementation and adherence among each and every employee in the organization.

Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with the Board of Directors.
