IT Masterminds WANTED to become CRM Specialists in West-European projects

* Located ANYWHERE in Romania...
* Age between 28 and 35
* Extremely good English, German at least at reading level is considered a very valuable plus, other languages are welcome (e.g. Italian, French, Dutch)
* You should ideally live confortably close to a well connected Airport (for your own convenience)
* Top grades university graduation in Computer Science or Engineering faculties (copy of graduation certificate with grades to be provided)
* Minimum of 5 (ideally 10) years of IT experience as analyst and/or developer (proved through references which will be verified)
* Programming experience, ideally with Java and _Javascript; C++ is also considered very valuable
* Windows experience at admistrative level; also UNIX is considered ideal
* Deep knowledge of WEB technologies, HTML, XML, other internet protocols
* Deep knowledge of Database technologies, complex SQL, administration knowledge and experience in at least one of Oracle, MS Sql, DB2 database engines
* Ideally knowledge of UML modelling techniques
* Any other technology you know is a plus: LDAP, EAI etc.

German Company (Munich), in collaboration with Romanian partner, searchs for TOP NOTCH Computer Science graduates with experience, to be trained to become Consultants in main stream CRM technology, implemented by the most shining corporations on the western market (telecom, automotive, financial etc.).
The position requires constant travelling to West-European cities like Frankfurt, Munich, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Nice, Milan, Rome, etc., depending on customer needs.
Due to the extremely expensive and valuable training being provided, you will be contractually bound to the company for a minimum of three years. You will be permanently hired by a Romanian company accordingly to Romanian standards.
This position is not for the faint hearted, it is for those who want to emerge on a European scale, and are ready to invest their best personal time and resources toward this goal.
This is a new IT consulting concept, the first consultants could become very fast the managers of a fast growing european IT consulting business.
