This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of online advertising platforms and sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Google Ads & Shopping, product availability on major online platforms and distributor partnerships.

- Oversee the localization of Google Ads and Shopping campaigns in 10 countries ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄for our proprietary brands ToolKid, Georockers, & Rebel Cactus.
- Collaborate with the online marketing team to ensure timely launch of campaigns.
- Coordinate with in-house teams, local distributors & partners, and translators to provide translated texts for campaigns.
- Ensure products are available on the three biggest platforms in 10 countries for our proprietary brands.
- Work closely with internal teams, local distributors & partners, and translators to facilitate product listings and translations.
- Identify and establish relationships with three local distributors in the EU or US to distribute our products.
- Coordinate online marketing efforts and newsletters with distributors to optimize sales and brand visibility.
- Represent the brands during trade fairs and showroom visits.
- Launch distribution operations in the Netherlands.
- Develop dedicated websites, implement online marketing strategies, and manage newsletters for exclusive distributor brands.
- Scout and secure distribution rights for one additional brand in the Netherlands.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Successful localization of Google Ads & Shopping campaigns in 10 countries.
- Product availability on the three biggest online platforms in 10 countries.
- Establishment of partnerships with three local distributors in the EU or US.
- Launch of distribution operations in the Netherlands, including website creation and marketing initiatives.
You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer. You will largely work independently. Communication via email, chat or video call will take place as required. Weekly video calls will be scheduled to discuss progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in online sales or marketing, preferably in a multinational environment is a plus.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Shopping, and major e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to travel 1-4 times per year for trade fairs and company meetups in Europe.
Conditions:
- Agreement of service: Freelance contract. Even though it is on a freelance basis, our objective is to work together for the long term. In the past for similar positions we have worked together for up to 10+ years.
- Requirement to comply with applicable laws as a freelancer or independent contractor in respective country of residence
- Work hours per week: 40 hours
- Work location: Romania
- Work environment: Dedicated quiet workspace without distractions
- Work equipment: Usage of own laptop or desktop computer with access to reliable high-speed internet
