CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree, preferably business related.
- At least 2 years experience in analysis, gathering, organizing and formalizing business requirements.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Strong analytical thinking and business logic.
- Strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Responsible, flexible and adaptable.
- Customer and problem solving oriented, team player.
- Very good communication skills.
- Capable to work effectively under stress.
- Knowledge of the oil & gas field would be an advantage. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Analyze the business process.
- Business processes modeling.
- Collect and organize the business requirements and create the business specifications.
- Interface with both the business departments (for business requirements) and the Analyst Architects (for software applications).
- Create the business testing scenarios and procedures.
- Define types of users and assign specific rights.
- Create part of the user manual (from the business perspective).
- Create the business documentation of the solution. |
