SCADA PLC Engineer (Ploiesti)

• University degree, preferably in computer science
• Experienced in Measurement and Control Technology
• Experienced in SCADA & PLC Systems
• Experience/ knowledge of industrial network system for real-time distributed control like Fieldbus, Modbus, Profibus
• Knowledge of field instrumentations used in Oil & Gas (e.g. control valves, actuators, pressure transducers, Metering–Identification-Tank gauging Systems)
• Good knowledge in designing, implementing and deploying Field Technology Systems
• Analytical thinking, planning and development skills
• Problem solving, attention to detail
• Knowledge of various office productivity software programs: word processing, spreadsheet programs, communication software
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Working knowledge of English
• Responsible, accountable and adaptable personality
• Self-motivator, cooperative, good team player, flexible and creative

• Manage and maintain the TAS technical Hard & Software environment
• Participate in TAS technical system requirement design
• Participate in TAS technical system procurement
• Implement, test and pilot Field Technology systems
• Design and tets interface to Field Technology
• Provides technical advice for the design, coordination and supervision of Instrumentation installations and maintenance projects concerned with the major field facilities
• Ensure that the equipment installed comply with the contract requirements and with good industry practice for future operation and maintenance
• Support TAS users on any SCADA issues
• Install version upgrades of TAS solution in compliance with the IT policies and procedures together with SW Administrator
