CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Main requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Economics, with focus on Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years key user experience in SAP HR or other HR/ Payroll software.
- Very good understanding of the HR processes.
- Participation in the implementation of informatics projects.
- Any SAP certification/ training is a plus.
- Very good English skills.
- Customer oriented, team player, very good communication skills.
- Responsible, flexible and adaptable.
- Analytical and planning skills. Problem solving, attention to detail. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Participates in realizing the implementation of SAP system concerning whole company and all necessary interfaces.
- Contributes to the analysis of customer requirements in supporting the design and realizing, testing and deployment of the solution.
- Participates in customizing and development of SAP projects.
- Is responsible for the delivery of all services concerning SAP HR.
- Provides continuous business support.
- Assures corrective and adaptive maintenance.
- Contributes to the improvement of existing services and to the development of new services. |
