Assistant Manager

- English language-fluent; French is a plus
- Good skills in MS Office package;
- Able to work with own initiative and in a team;
- Ambitious person with analytical skills and structured way of working;
- Make travel arrangements for executives;
- Willing to travel abroad 10% of the year

- Taking care of manager's agenda ,organising meetings and bussines trips;
- Preparation of presentations for the managers and team;
- Translation of documents;
- Dealing with phone calls and email or faxes.
