CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- University degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment consultant position is a must
- Having background in retail/sales recruitment would be an advantage
- Experienced in recruiting methodologies e.g. interview, assessment centres, psychometric testing, etc
- Customer oriented
- Flexibility and able to manage a changing environment
- Proficiency in English
- Availability to travel (the position implies travelling extensively - aprox. 75% of the working time)
- Driving license-preferably


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Secure the human resources for Vodafone Romania Retail affiliates needed to deliver the company strategy, by attracting and selecting the best candidates and using high quality recruitment methods and tools.

Please note that we offer temporary employment (6 months) through a labor agency (our future colleague will not be a Vodafone employee).

Responsibilities:
• Consolidates the recruitment needs for the allocated areas (stores and sales teams located in the regions, HQ, etc.) ; coordinates all the resourcing activities/projects that address them;
• Uses the most appropriate searching methods in order to attract the best candidates
• Conducts the selection processes based on Vodafone methodology, competencies and standards;
• Recommends appropriate recruitment and selection tools and any necessary improvements to the existing tools , programs; design an efficient recruitment process;
• Provides advice, consultancy related to his/her area to the hiring managers in order to adopt the best resourcing solutions;
• Keeps track of the recruitment and selection records in order to facilitate appropriate reporting and decision making related to recruitment and selection.
• Assures both the quality and time to hire in order to best respond to business needs.
• Performs specific trainings and develop recruitment capabilities to retail affiliates hiring managers.
• Establishes and maintain relationships and get stakeholders’ commitment to achieve expected results (hiring managers, recruitment team, other partners)
• Contributes to operational excellence of the department by continuously improving efficiency in their area of work.
• Ensures appropriate communications among stakeholders in relation to his/her area of expertise.
• Participates in departments projects/activities as assigned by direct manager.
