Office Manager

- University degree (economics, social science);
- At least two years experience as assistant manager/executive assistant.
- Proven managerial experience;
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel, Outlook;
- Ability to work on multiple projects and strong time management skills;
- Very good command in English, both written and spoken is essential;
- Attention to details, responsibility, honest and ethical, open to change and to variety;
- Multi-tasker with ability to prioritize and lead effectively and efficiently.​
- Initiative, a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges;

- Design and implement office policies, operations, standards and procedures
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork in the office;
- Schedule company`s events, programs and activities;
- Manage and maintain executives' schedule;
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents;
-Issue drafts of contracts and invoices.
- Review and approve supply requisitions
- Supervise staff
