 Relevant experience in leading a team
 Strong communication skills and team management skills
 Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools

 Manage a team of several employees
 Manage work allocation and the performance appraisal process for the team
 Maintain a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching and education
 Maintain written procedures for all functions handled in the processes
 Ensure timely processing of documents
 Set daily, weekly and monthly targets for the processes
 Manage relationship with key stakeholders
 Responsible for continuous improvement of processes
