Process Specialist Dutch

 Very good language skills both written and spoken in Dutch
 English as a second language required
 University degree
 Educational background in accounting/economic is an asset
 Practical experience in activities that implies relation with customers/accountancy/back office activities/call center activities (2-3 years)
 Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
 Professional approach to work
 Strong customer driven focus
 Good interpersonal skills and attention to details
 Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools

 Manage the assigned outstanding accounts
 Notify customers with overdue debt and attempt to secure payment, using telephone, fax, email, letters
 Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts
 Receive calls from customers who have inquiries related to their ledger account balances or payments
 Establish and monitor credit limits
 Process orders on hold by assessing associated risk and liaising with customers
 Record information about financial status of customer and the status of assessment process
 Receive calls from customers who have inquiries related to their ledger account balances or payments
 Provide support to the other team members
 Coordinate the team together with the Team Leader
