IT Helpdesk Specialist - 1 year determined period contract

• Answer questions of end users from France regarding the use of IT products
• Solve minor incidents
• Manage customer expectations
• Execute resolution of all incident and problem enquires
• Ensure continuity in service provision and restore required
• Service in case of disruption
• Report about performance of the execution of the incident and problem management process
• Manage the release of new and/or changed software/hardware
• Configure and install software and hardware components following the Corporate Information security & Compliancy Framework
• Report problems according to procedures
• Handle requests for small changes, define requirements and/or refine requirements
• Document requests according to defined procedures
• Escalate complex requests and submit small changes for approval
• Execute small changes
• Report about the performance of the service processes
