- Quickly integrating and a team-player. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Tasks of the office assistant:
- organize meetings, travel arrangements, etc;
- manage the relationships with the company’s administrative services providers and other suppliers;
- ensure permanent information flow with the rest of the team;
- support our Consulting team;
- administration of contracts;
- manage office documents and supplies;
- assist the team in all business related activities;
- write, register and fill out company documents;
- answer all phone calls;
