| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Good computer skills and communication, English
- Excellent knowledge of Cosmote procedures and work specificаtion
- Active attitude to defining and solving problems
- Good organizational skills for team work
- Experience in leading trade negotiations
- Excellent knowledge of the market of telecomunications, mobile phones and accessories
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Research for the market of mobile communications. Suggestions for sales increase.
• Preparing market strategies and plans for OFFICE 1 SRL activities towards mobile communications
• Preparing reports for Accounting Department for the bonuses, discounts and compensations, which OFFICE 1 SRL owes to its dealers and franchisees
• Defining current financial obligations and receipts of OFFICE 1 SRL from and to Cosmote
• Defining current financial obligations and receipts of OFFICE 1 SRL from and to dealers and franchisees
• Giving the necessary support for the improvement of work effectiveness of Office 1 Superstore franchisees and dealers
• Correspondence and contacts with the respective persons on duty in Cosmote
• Team building. Good coordination and compliance between activity and goals (short-term and long-term), strategies and plans of the department
• Merchandising – offering and presentation of OFFICE 1 SRL product range of Telecom Department and Cosmote, to wholesalesmen and retailers
• Participation in meetings and trainings for improvement of work organization and an increase of its effectiveness. Work meetings with Cosmote representatives.
• Participation in all priority activities and department projects
• Joining newly-opened stores to the already existing network
• Finding potential candidates for dealers, setting contacts with them, negotiating and joining them to OFFICE 1 SRL 1 distribution network
• Preparing plans for distribution network development and improvement of the activity results
• Preparing sales plans and control over their accomplishment
• Credit control
