CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

• Five years experience minimum
• USGAAP/ROMGAAP reporting, taxes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting - ACCA
• Strong written and oral English
• IT systems/ ERP: (SAP or SCALA) knowledge for future implementation
• ERP implementation experience
• Possess broad knowledge of internal control systems, internal organizational structures, financial analysis of corporate performance

• The CFO will be involved in key business decisions and will actively participate in or lead strategic processes across the business.
• Configure finance function to reflect business needs.
• Develop financial information systems to facilitate management decision-making;
• Coordinate and prepares the annual and monthly financial budget and forecasts, ensures the follow up
• Monitor and understand business unit P&L including sales, margin and expenditure
• Monitor performance versus budget/forecast
• Report and analyze monthly financial results
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for the management team
• Responds for cash flow management and hedging for exposure
• Finance staff management
• SOX compliance (create/ implement strong control procedures and work instructions and ensure proper compliance) - continuous improvement to systems, methods of work and analysis - provides support, analysis, ad-hoc report for plant leadership team
• Providing what-if financial modeling for new projects
