| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Is very communicative and has strong customer management, procurement, logistics and project management skills,

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Logistic & customer support representative will be a successful in his (her) actual job, very organized person, how likes to communicate, is very convincing and able to persuade, with proven record of accomplishment in logistic activities.
- Logistic & customer support representative will be in charge of the logistics and administration activities surrounding the delivery of the company’s products from the production centre to our customers, using company’s software tools.
- The role, will also include Customer Relationship Management with the Procurement and Logistics Departments of our existing, potential and future clients,
- Processing customer actions - i.e. purchase orders / change requests / artwork originations / etc,
- In order to manage these projects and actions successfully, you will be expected to gather and communicate the customer requirements and expectations in terms of delivery to different department’ s of the company; prepare stock-, production lead time- and other analyses in order to ensure a smooth and sustainable high service level to the customer.
- Daily contact with existing customer’s relevant department ensuring the company has an up-to-date customer requirement status at all times. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
