DIRECT SALES MANAGER, CASH LOAN SALES AGENT

Excelent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Good organisational, time management and leadership skills, attention to details, ability to motivate, lead and inspire are a must. Self confidence, positive and proactive attitude, counselling approach in the relation with the members of the team and with clients.

- Identify, recruit and select the proper individuals for the Direct Sales Agent position according to the profile
- Assure participation of all team members to the DSAs induction program
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the DSAs activity and performance
- Plan DSAs activities in order to reach goals and standards established by management
- Design performance plans according to team members identified needs
- Prepare and presents requested reports to management
- Achieve the fixed sales plan of the unit
- Assure the proper control of DSAs activity according to group policies
- Assure the proper level of knowledge, skills and attitude are achieved
- Attend all training and development programs design for DS Unit Head position
