| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are now looking for a highly motivated civil engineer to join our team in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuanis and it is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineer to expand his/her horizons across the globe in both the technical and commercial aspects of construction business.
Required skills:
You must possess excellent man management skills and have drive and ambition.
You must be able to organize, analyze, and evaluate technical data to solve detailed
engineering problems and work as a team member. You must have experience in materials testing, site supervision, resolving all technical problems on site and risk assessments.
Required experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- at least 3 years of relevant work experience in construction management;
- proof of relevant qualifications from Your home country (engineering licence);

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You are supposed to direct the construction and maintenance the crew, to act as a construction inspector or supervisor. You may also have to inspect existing structures that
may need repair or replacement.
Fringe benefits include paid vacation, sick leave and health/life
insurance. The normal workweek for Civil Engineers is 40 hours, with some
overtime work required to meet project deadlines.
