University degree;
- Experience in domain at least 1-3 years in a similar function;
- Excellent communications and analytical skills;
- Experienced negotiator; ability to motivate and influence others;
- Independence and decision power;
- Leadership experience;
- Ability to work in teams and a multi-cultural environment;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Skilled in MS Office;
- A high business ethic attitude is required.

Implements company purchasing strategy for site incorporating contracts, purchasing tools, and supplier management techniques at a local level;
- Ensures that all supplies of goods and services are provided in the most cost-effective manner. Provides direct management to site sourcing team;
- Manages local suppliers and negotiates contracts where appropriate, uses group suppliers and contracts where applicable;
- Provides guidance and direction to sourcing staff including performance management, and job and career development with input into staffing and salary planning decisions. Effectively practices Performance Based Management by coaching and developing employees and assures effective alignment with the matrix functions.
