RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Develops and implements corporate segment strategies and annual business plan;
Defines operational targets in the large and midsize corporate segments in terms of market position and revenues and break them down by Relationship Manager (RM);
Sets up potential customer database and coordinating customer assignments to RMs;
Equips RMs with marketing and sales concepts / tools to achieve set objectives and coaching them on selling skills;
Monitors product and client profitability and service level;
Systematically tracks the fulfillment of strategic and operational targets and initiates corrective actions to tracking potential gaps by RM and transfer best practices.
Job requirements:
At least 3 years of business development experience, preferably in a Corporate banking division;
Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business administration, finance or related field and / or equivalent sales management experience;
Ability to supervise, motivate and coach staff in sales and service efforts;
Good command of English language.
