| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional services environment, with relevant EC project administration experience preferred;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and monitor activity budgets;
• Experience using MS Excel to track, display and analyze financial data;
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills;
• A team player who can work independently and with minimal guidance, but who also excels at consulting and coordinating with the project management team;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
• Keen attention to detail;
• Ability to provide effective follow-up on individual activities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills;
• International experience desirable;
• B.A./B.S. degree required;
• Fluency in foreign language, English or French preferred; and
• Working knowledge of MS Office

Job Opportunity Description
We are a consulting firm providing solutions to IFIs, and we are currently recruiting for the following full-time position. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Administer a Bucharest-based research projects and up to 2 in-country development projects;
• Track labor details for research projects against workplans and budgets;
• Coordinate provision of services from headquarters support offices (Finance, Contracts, and Human Resources) to projects;
• Monitor and facilitate compliance of Contract actions (reports, contract modifications, extensions, add-ons);
• Develop project activity budgets, revenue projects, subcontract drafts, subcontractor budgets, and project pipelines;
• Troubleshoot contract billing issues;
• Recruit, mobilize, and demobilize short-term consultants and long-term project staff;
• Assist in tracking project expenditures and profitability;
• Make travel arrangements, process travel vouchers, audit subcontractor invoices, and perform other administrative tasks;
• Process internal project administrative backstopping documents (for example, but not limited to, Independent Consultant Agreements, Travel Vouchers, Check Requests, etc.);
• Assist in project start-up and close-down activities as assigned;
• Contribute to proposals;
• Write and edit project descriptions and marketing materials;
• Plan workshops, conferences and other events with clients, subcontractors and partners;
• Some international travel may be required;
• Troubleshoot problems and propose creative solutions to project management problems;
• Other duties as assigned.
