1. He or she must possess strong communications skills.

3. He or she should possess extensive internet-based search experience.
4. He or she must posses excellent Romanian verbal and written communication skills.
5. He or she must have working knowledge and ability to master software such as Photoshop and Fotostation.
6. He or she must exhibit strong professional etiquette; and be clear, confident and friendly. They must be motivated, and a self starter.
7. He or she must be people and service oriented.
8. He or she must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail a must.
