Photo Editor

1. Creativity and a love of photography and media.
2. Extensive internet-based search experience.
3. English and/or German verbal and written communication skills.
3. Working knowledge and/ or the ability to master software such as Photoshop and Fotostation
5. Professional etiquette; clear, confident and friendly. Motivated, self starter.
6. Must be people and service oriented.
7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
8. Education as generally found in four years of high school or equivalent.
9. Education as photo editor/art buyer or experiences in a similar job
10. Great attitude and customer service experience appreciated.

This photo editor position is an opportunity to begin a career in the world of visual media. The selected candidate will be responsible for the inspection and editing of royalty free stock photography on behalf of one of Northfoto’s strategic partners.

Daily tasks will include reviewing and quality checking incoming photos from all over the world, with subjects as diverse as exotic travel, business, glamour and beauty, food, leisure and entertainment, symbols and icons, graphics, sports, and transportation.

Picture researchers will work closely with an oversight team of internationally respected photo editors.

Northfoto will provide paid training to familiarize the selected candidates with our ways of doing business, our photography, software, as well as the fellow member of the team and our partner’s online library.
