| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate should poses:
- strong specific knowledge related to fishing tackle business market and fishing techniques;
- relevant work experience in the fishing tackle business is required /at least 3 years/;
- strong sales background;
- at least 3 years in a similar position;
- relationship and strong communication skills;
- result oriented, analytical and strategic thinking;
- customer focus;
- experience in managing people, back office issues etc.;
- ability to stay focused on results & agility to adapt plans to achieve targets;
- ability to provide inspired leadership through personal example and professional capability and a participative management style;
- personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the highest quality of professionalism.
- Highschool degree is a must;
- fluency in English is a must;
- good PC skills;
- clean driving license and willing to travel;
- entrepreneurial profile, business oriented person, team spirit;
- self driven approach;
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The main responsibilities of the future employee will be:
- develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan, with a clear vision on sales and practical actions on short, average and long-term;
- develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents;
- identifying new clients and building a clients portfolio;
- reliable relations with retailers;
- lead and influence a successful team to new, higher levels of sales performance;
- maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products;
- preparation of market analyses aimed determination of customer needs, sales volume potential and cost-effectively budget;
- identify innovative methods of promoting company products;
- monitoring, sales analyses, market trends;
- responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget;
- ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues;
