Junior Consultant, EU Services

Requirements:
- Education to university degree level (Financial studies - ASE) with good results
- Excellent English command;
- Ability to handle figure work and budget management;
The consultant keeps a close eye on time and money expenditures to make sure the project stays within budget.
- Basic knowledge concerning the business plan and fesability studies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be adept at documentation. Extreme discipline and adherence to change control and safety are necessary elements of the day to day role. - Excellent team working abilities are essential together with an innate diplomacy;
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Access, Excel, Power Point);
- Highly motivated and results oriented with the ability to plan ahead.

Areas of activity: Structural funds assistance to companies

Principal tasks:
- To prepare the necessary documentation within the call for proposal procedure
This means: the pre-proposal (if required), the proposal, the budget, the logical framework, the fesability study (in some cases) and the business plan (if required).
- To elaborate business plans and fesability studies requested by the implementation units according to the financing proposal and agreement
- Manage and administer the ongoing projects
After approval, the consultant will help and in some cases manage the approved project (monitoring the activities, reporting, writting the evaluation reports, other task required by the project)
- Find proper financing sources and make recommendations to our clients about the adequate financing opportunities.
- Other duties and ad hoc administrative support in implementing the aquired contracts, including advice and guidance on local issues

Auditing, monitoring and reporting will be an essential part of this role.
