Manager Renal Division

As an appropriate candidate you have successfully graduated business studies or medicine with several years of leadership experience in sales/distribution with commercial basis. She/he needs expertise in the management of a team and in sales of healthcare products. We are looking for people willing to travel, with excellent communication skills, reliable, independent and “hands-on” way of working, confident and professional appearance, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft software packages and with business-fluent knowledge of English.

In this position based in Western Romania, you will be responsible for two operational units, a sales and a service organization. In detail for the achievement of the annual turnover and profitability objectives; elaboration of the next year budget, in accordance to the company management and the corporate strategy; pricing/price negotiations with suppliers, local partners and authorities in order to build up and partnership for dialysis centres. Your role will also include customer acquisition activities: key-account management; acquisition of new customers; managing contacts to insurance companies and the ministry of health, referring doctors and patient organisations. Other tasks will be related to the organization and leadership of the middle managers team and directing project management teams

In order to enlarge the existing management team, we are looking on behalf of our client for a manager responsible for the Renal Division. The respective product portfolio includes products, devices and medical services in extracorporeal blood treatment - Haemodialysis.
