Division Manager - Products for core processes in surgery

As an appropriate candidate you have successfully graduated commercial training or business studies, with several years of leadership experience in sales / distribution with commercial basis. You need expertise in the management of a team and in sales of healthcare products used in the operating field. We are looking for people willing to travel, with excellent communication skills, reliable, independent and “hands-on” way of working, confident and with professional appearance. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft software packages and business-fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of German would be an advantage) are required.

In this position based in Bucharest, you will be responsible for the achievement of the annual turnover and profitability objectives; elaboration of the next year budget, in accordance to the company management and the corporate strategy; pricing/price negotiations. Your role will also include customer acquisition activities: key-account management; acquisition of new customers; organization of national and international exhibitions and congresses. Other tasks will be related to the management, organization and leadership of the sales team. You will be reporting to the Country Manager.

Our client - B.Braun - is one of the world’s leading suppliers of healthcare products and an important player in the Romanian market. In order to further develop its business, we are looking on behalf of our client for a manager responsible for the Aesculap Division. The product range of this division includes surgical instruments for open or minimally invasive approaches, implants (e.g. for orthopaedics, neurosurgery and spinal surgery), surgical sutures, sterile container, storage, motor and navigation systems as well as products for cardiology.
