CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Commercial / Marketing background
- Experience in Retail/ textile industry is an advantage
- Passion for fashion industry
- Knowledge of English language and ideally also German
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for extensive travel within the country


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Regular visiting of all stores within Romania in order to insure the performance of merchandising and implementation of guidelines according to internal standards
- Coaching sales employees regarding merchandising, implementation of guidelines and controlling
- Gathering feed-back on collections, analysis of slow-movers/ bestsellers per country and passing on to the headquarter
- Regularly monitoring of competitors regarding prices and collections
- Identification of inventory problems of all stores in Romania
- Input to the Assortment Manager HQ on price point planning and each store profile
- Instructing Store Managers in product-related subjects: end of seasons, price reduction procedures, product focus of the division.
