CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- University degree
- Familiarity with the Romanian real estate market and work experience as a realty broker or as a marketing specialist in the real estate field.
- Experience in using real estate portals or previuosly worked at some multiple-listing real estate company.
- Good sales and presentation skills, ability to communicate well in Romanian and English languages.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Job description:

- Daily management activities of the multi listing real estate portal in Romania.
- Ensure the sales and marketing activities to develope the client base within the local market, present the portal to the new potential corporate clients - realty brokerage companies.
- Provide technical support and training to the clients.
- Responsible for client relations.
- Market data collection and reporting.

We offer:

A compensation package consisting of a fixed salary and the perfomance based bonus to be agreed.
