DESCRIEREA POSTULUI:
-To provide a professional welcome to visitors;
-To answer all incoming calls ensuring that each call is handled professionally and/or routed appropriately;
-To maintain all correspondence and filling systems;
-To organize management agenda (schedule meetings, organizing and following archives of documents);
-Operate office equipment: fax machine, copiers, phone systems;
-To perform various secretarial duties as: typing reports, answering the requests of all departments, etc.
Cerinte:
•High- School, University Degree would be a plus;
•Communicative, dynamic and flexible;
•Very well organized;
•Excellent computer skills ( Microsoft Office) ;
•Fluent English and French( would be a plus);
•Experience in a similar position would be a plus.
