Beer drinker with Actionscript 3 / Flex experience

We would like to hire a few peeps to fill out key positions in our garbage-ball and paint-ball teams. Absolutely mandatory requirements:

2. Likes beer and going out or pizza and going out...or just going out...and paintball...and billiard
3. Thinks OOP is a way of life

If he/she wants a salary as well the following are a must have:
1. minimum 2 years experience as Flex or AS2/AS3 developer
2. good to perfect knowledge of AS3, Flex and streaming technologies
3. good knowledge of PureMVC framework and Flash Media Server
3. some experience with Javascript, PHP, Ajax, Linux
4. strong analytical and algorithmic (yes, you must know algorithms) thinking, problem solving approach

• Design and develop interactive, consumer-focused web sites and web applications.
• Produce innovative, engaging and effective designs that meet technical requirements, user needs and consumer goals.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of designs via design reviews, user testing and collaboration with the development team.
• Perform ongoing web site and web application maintenance and feature development.
