Skill set (mandatory)
Excellent knowledge of .Net/ ASP.NET/ C# development
TFS and source code control systems
Continuous integration, agile principles such as unit testing
Excellent SQL knowledge and experience with advanced database development – database design, stored procedures, query optimisation, indexing techniques;
Ability to commit to projects
Proactive, fast learner, motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player.
Very good written and spoken English communication skills

Skill set (advantages)
Experience with SCRUM development methodology.
VB6/COM/legacy (not essential)
PLSQL, Oracle 8, 10, 11 (not essential)
Experience with or understanding of tools used during SWAN VB6 release activity (SMS, HP Openview)
Use of UML and Object Oriented design methodologies;
