Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure both organizational efficiencies and compliance with internal/legal regulations;
Provide competent advice for management development strategy;
Act as a change agent, through new solutions implementations;
Manages specific HR activities and processes.
Act as an internal organisational consultant for company's managers.
