CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for a mature, consistent and self-disciplined person with a hight level of adaptability and flexibility.
Excelent analysis and strategic thinking, leadership skills and abilities;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Field and at least 3 years as a Human Resources Manager in an similar size company.
Expertise to proactively recommend innovative solutions to HR problems.

Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure both organizational efficiences and compliance with internal/legal regulations;
Provide competent advice for management development strategy;
