| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Technical University Degree
- At least 2 year service support experience
- Excellent PC troubleshooting skills
- Excellent hardware knowledge as outlined in technologies for laptops, pcs and printers
- Very good knowledge of service procedures, networking infrastructure, Microsoft applications
- Excelent knowledge of functioning and administration Microsoft Windows 2000,XP , Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003 Server
- Excellent comunication skills and client oriented
- Task and performance oriented
- Able to work under pressure and against dead-lines |
