Project Manager

•Higher education graduate, BS IT graduation and/or Master would be a plus
•Experienced in coordinating IT projects (minimum 2 years)
o Projects above 100 k Euro, with or without subcontractors
o Projects of at least three month duration and involving at least 3 resources
•Very good project methodology knowledge in at least two methodologies (PMI should be one of them)
•Experience with other specific implementation methodologies would be a plus
•Specialized training and PMI certification
•Advanced English knowledge
•Excellent communication skills
•Good conflict resolution and negotiations skills
•Proven ability to do the financial management of the project budget
•Fairness and high demand standards in relation with partners
•Strong time and people management skills
•Team development abilities
•Availability for work related traveling throughout Romania (long time average of up to 50% of the working time); the position location is Bucharest

•Deeply involved in starting the project and setting its objectives and constraints
•Issuing the project management documents, both before the contract execution and after, during the implementation
•Supervising consultants’ and subcontractors’ activity for timely tasks completion
•Time evaluation, risk and resource management, methodology implementation
•Preparation of all the project events, timely and accurate project reporting to both customer and management
•Customer relationship management, including identification of new sales opportunities and cooperation with the sales and presales specialists
