CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- at least 3 years previous experience in software testing, out of which minimum 1 year as testing team leader;
- at least 1 year experience in working with automated testing tools;
- 1 year previous experience in software development would be an advantage.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical university degree;
- Very good English knowledge, written and spoken;
- Very good communication skills;
- Customer oriented approach;
- People management skills;
- Proactive approach in organizing and managing the testing department;
- Previous international exposure would be an advantage.
