CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Requirements:
 Diploma in Engineering
 At least 5 years field sales experience of capital equipment within industrial and commercial sectors
 Routine in aquiring new clients through COLD CALLS
 Ready network towards companies (potential clients)
 Proven sales track record
 Native Romanian and Strong Communication skills in English
 Experience in development of new distributor accounts and co-operation with existing distributors
 Excellent communication at all levels
 Proved competitive and commercial business acumen
 Ability to undertake site survey and compile technical offers
 Routine in preparation of quotations
 Willing to travel
 ABILITY TO CLOSE SALE.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will sell all company products to the end users and will develop a local distributor network within a geographical area (Bucharest - Ilfov, Arges, Brasov, Prahova, Teleorman, Vilcea or Transylvania).
In details:
 Cold calls (pro-active search for customers)
 Proactively managing the designated geographical area ensuring that Nederman and all products within the portfolio are commercially, technically and professionally represented.
 Developing a Key Accounts database and a network of local distributors through an aggressive, structured and a strategic approach.
 Co-operating with Nederman's existing distributors in order to maximise business potential.
 Direct reporting to Nederman's Regional Director regarding activities.
 Looking for new potential customers.
 Proactively promoting and selling all company products to decision makers within the defined geographic area.
 At all times, promoting Nederman and it's products in a professional and ethical manner.
 Managing all aspects of the working practices to ensure efficient and effective operation.
 Supporting all customers within the defined distribution network in line with company policy.
 Attending and representing the company and it's products at exhibitions and seminars when required.
 Promoting demonstrations and product training to maximise business potential and counter the companies competition.
 Identifying competitors' "moves" and activities.
