| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
To supervise and ensure that control the on site work during the subcontract works relative to the Turret Fabrication and Integration for the FPSO with a specific responsibility for the timely completion of turret in accordance with the Project schedule.
To ensure compliance with the contract requirements relative to design implementation, specification, schedule, quality, safety, health and environment.
1. Previous experience as a structural site engineer representing theCompany for turret fabrication during an FPSO conversion.
2. Detailed experience of shipbuilding and ship repair work practices and codes
3. Previous experience of working in South East Asia.
4. Previous experience in working as a member of a multi discipline, multi national site team.

DIRECT REPORT POSITIONS - Companies Structural Engineer - turret
WAGE - 450usd /day
1. With the support of structural inspectors ensure that the fabrication is carried out within specified tolerances ensuring correct weld procedures are applied in accordance with approved weld maps. Ensure that installation work is carried out in accordance with the contract requirements and that the standard of workmanship and the quality of the product is to the company and code requirements.
2. Monitor the relevant site work to ensure that the progress is in accordance with the agreed project schedule.
3. Monitor marine activities associated with dry docking
4. Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the subcontractors approved quality manual.
5. Verify that NDT inspections are carried out by qualified personnel and that records are maintained.
6. Verify the suitability and acceptance of all materials and consumables.
7. Ensure that competent and certified tradesmen are used to carry out the work.
8. Monitor the subcontractor’s dimensional control procedures and activities to ensure that the agreed tolerances are maintained.
9. Ensure the production of and the acceptance of the necessary documentation for inclusion in the final documentation package.
