RESPONSABILITIES:
- Start-Up/ Shutdown and operation of oil separation facilities and metering, gas compressors, glycol dehydration, HPU systems, produced water systems. Understanding safe limits of operation
- Start-Up/ Shutdown and operation of water injection systems, coarse/ fine filtration, de-aeration. Understanding safe limits of operation
- Understanding of all company procedures applicable to job. Isolations, Permit to work, Operational
- Knowledge of emergency response actions and duties as required in abnormal/ emergency situation
- Knowledge and understanding of actions required to minimize safety or commercial loss
- Preparation/ isolation of plant for intrusive maintenance
- Turret operations including well line up and chemical injection packages
- Pigging operations
- Operate the DCS control room systems, fire and gas systems, ESD systems
- Monitor the correct operation of all plant and equipment
- Effective communication with peers and reporting of all deficiencies to the Production Supervisor
- Undertake first line maintenance
- Log taking and understanding and interpretation of data
- Operation and optimization of daily requirements for chemical dosing associated with the process system
- Become familiar with cargo handling operations
General house keeping duties in work area
WORK SCHEDULE:
- 12 HOURS SHIFT WORK BUT ON 24 HOUR CALL
WAGE:
- 2,500$/ monthly onboard & on leave
