| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job scope:
Ensures that all piping construction related activities (Fabrication / Erection and Hydrotesting) are safely, effectively and efficiently carried out in accordance with the Group Management System (GMS).
Job responsabilities:
Full knowledge, understanding and endorsement of all HSES policies, procedures, rules, regulations and certification requirements.
Ensure availability of all subordinates for required Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSES) training.
Develop and implement construction HAZIDs, risk assessments, job safety analysis and safe methods of working.
Assist in major HSES related incident investigation and reporting.
Assist in the maintenance and audit schedule of the HSES and Quality certification process.
Ensure that the day-to-day operation of the piping department is in accordance with the LGMS and project priorities.
Supervise and dedicate the necessary piping resources (men and equipment) to ongoing projects.
Liaise with all Project / Construction Superintendents, Planners and Engineers to properly schedule and execute all piping works.
Ensure all applicable LGMS procedures are followed.
Supervise the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) on all projects.
Review piping personnels daily time sheets for correctness and accuracy of booking.
Ensure the correct productivity levels are maintained on all projects.
Ensure the effective and efficient use of consumables.
Ensure all piping personnel meet the necessary quality standards and that piping work is carried out using the most efficient techniques available.
Mark up job cards and monitor man-hours.
This particular yard focuses on offshore construction (module construction, topsides, jackets etc)
