| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Location: Port Harcourt – Lagos –Nigeria
Experience: more than 8 yrs of experience in similar field
Period of Contract: 4 months on and 1 month off (duration of contract – 1 year)
Wage: 2000 USD per month
Food, Medical, Accommodation and Air ticket provided
Type of field of education: Preferably a Diploma Holder in Hotel Management & Catering Technology
Skills Required:
1-Senior manager familiar with diverse hospitality operations
2- Must be a strong leader
3-Have strong appreciation for systems and cost control
4-Strong catering background
5-Genuine management skills, able to effectively manage an under-skilled team of local staff
6-Have a genuine passion for quality
7-Have a strong work ethic
9-Must be a good ‘teacher’

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Candidates with minimum 8 years experience in managing catering and multiservice business, preferably in remote sites are desired.
Maintain the service standards to the requirements of Damas Oil and Marine (responsible for the management and catering supervision for 4 levels of accommodation / Mess Room / Galley for 200 PAX and to the specific requirements of the employees. Reporting to the Operations manager in Nigeria he will be responsible for the full operational and financial performance of the project.
